I just went and ate there, not even 10 minutes ago. The service immaculate my waiter. His name is Ben. He took care of me like if I was a king. I saw him take care of customers next to my table. With so much patience that I was totally amazed with his job ethics that outperformed any waiter that I have received service from salt grass. Keep it up. You're doing a great job to Caitlin Christie and all the guys there, I don't know if I remember all of your names, you told me, but all of you. You're doing a great job. I\nWill return?I may request for my waiter to only be ben. I'm sorry OCD issue, but if any of y'all take care of me the way Ben took care of me.\n I would love to eat at your establishment again. I had a great time. God bless all of y'all. Keep it up salt grass.
Delicious food! Delaney is a great waitress. Loved the food so much. Wedge salad, bread, butter, lunch steak dish, and Brussels sprouts. All so yummy! Great service too.
As far as chain restaurants go, this is my favorite chain steakhouse. The steaks are always on point cooked perfection, and if they ever mess it up, I'm sure they would correct it immediately. I've never experienced that personally. Nice environment, and they are consistent among all their different locations.

We visited this Saltgrass Steakhouse for the first time on a Friday night. It was our first time ever eating at Saltgrass. While the beginning was slow, the overall experience was okay. The restaurant isn't as spacious as we thoughtit would be. The tables are very crowded and close together. One of the waitresses almost hit my husband in the head with the tray she was carrying. After being seated at our table it took 17-minutes before anyone even came to check on us and get our drink order. Caesar, one of the managers stepped in and took great care of us—bringing drinks, bread, and helping with our orders. Once we got going, the service was attentive; I got a virgin Pinacoloda. It was the thickest Pinacoloda I've ever had. I couldn't drink it from the straw and had to let it sit to defrost some. Our appetizer, the seafood fondue, was delicious, but the garlic bread very salty for our taste; I would have preferred chips instead. That being said, the house bread was fantastic—definitely a solid 10/10. Despite the slow start and a few minor hiccups, I really enjoyed our date night, and the food was okay. I got the red snapper with a baked potato, and my husband had the Chicken Laredo—though he found it a bit bland. He said they just topped it with a bunch of cheese, tomatoe, and herbs to make it look good but it lacked all taste. Overall, the service seemed off when we first arrived, but when Caesar stepped in, it made all the difference. It was a one and done experience for us. If you're thinking about trying it out. Definitely give them a try.

I have to reserve the 5th star for places like Morton's, Brenner's, etc., but definitely my favorite regular steakhouse! Staff is great, food is top notch for the price range, and the location is easy in, easy out. Will absolutely be back.
