  Rudys never disappoints. The food is very good except for the turkey which terrible. The brisket and jalapeno sausage is fantastic. The sides standard. If the fixed the turkey and offered more premium sides i would uograde them to five stars.

  The Jalapeño Sausage wasn’t spicy like it was last time (4 months age) plus the Coleslaw was too dry with no flavor whatsoever!!! A total disappointment!!!

  Went to the Rudy's in Katy around 8 AM on a Monday. The restaurant was very quiet with only a few other guests, and the place was extremely clean. The staff were actively cleaning, stocking, and handling their duties it was nice to see everyone actually working instead of standing around. We usually visit Rudy's locations in the Austin area, but we were driving through and stopped for our usual breakfast bowl with brisket, eggs, cheese, and potatoes. Unfortunately, the bottom of the bowl was full of water or liquid, which made that part of the dish soupy. Very disappointing, especially since this is normally one of our go-to breakfast orders.

  Rudy’s is an amazing spot with delicious food. The restaurant is clean, comfortable. Everything I’ve tried has been fresh, flavorful, and well‑seasoned. Highly recommended!

  I usually never have any complaints about this place, its one of my favorite places to eat but the i went there 2 days ago at night and i was very very disappointed. I got half a pound of moist brisket and a half hottie along with cream corn the chili stew and a drink. As the chef in the back was cutting the brisket i can hear him say ' something looks off about this brisket ' and then another co worker proceeds to comment and say ' yeah it doesn't look right '. I got my food and paid my bill and sat down to enjoy my meal. The brisket was extremely dry and had such a horrible taste and texture. The meat tasted very chewy and it looked either old or something was very off. I was more so disappointed in the fact that the chef and another employee noticed this and still proceeded to cut the brisket and serve it. I go to this location on a weekly basis and spend $70 + on me and my family and friends. I am very disappointed and would like to be compensated for this experience.
