  Four times been here. Every. Single. Time. Sent to a drive thru parking spot and wait 15-20 min for order. Fries always not salted and cold.

  The customer service here is unforgettable — not in a good way. The drive-through person seems to be on a strict “one-word-per-customer” policy. Communication ranged from a thoughtful “Aha” to a deeply engaging “Receipt?” It was funny for the first 10 seconds… then I realized this must be how they earned their impressive 2-star rating.
