  This used to be our go to location but I have no idea what shifted to go downhill so quickly. Food Quality: Lately the fries have been so undercooked. They are mush & soggy. The buns have been stale and hard (at least the bottom bun)- so much so that I sometimes just take the bottom on off. The double cheese patties are so overcooked and dry! Only saving grace for the food is their breakfast! Speed: don’t come here unless you have 20+ mins to waste sitting in the drive thru or in one of the parking spots. Customer Service: all the employees I have ever encountered have been respectful & kind!

  I have come to this location a number of times, and the food and service has always been excellent. But what disturbed me, was when I hand the young lady who was very sweet, a $10 bill it was written on to see if it's counterfeit. Now the $10 dollar bill didn't have any appearance to draw to the conclusion, that it could be counterfeit. Now I can accept that if this is done to all customers that give $10 bill. I don't believe that's the case. I do know that $20 bills are marked, or maybe any bill that draws suspicion. I don't want to think that this is targeted to only a certain group. And I would like to think this is not instructed by management.

  I stop coming to McDonald's, area are always dirty, after long time came to this location in kids play area and its filthy tables not been clean for weeks. Standards are optimal I guess.
