  Tried to order on the kiosk it wouldn’t let me use my rewards. Wouldn’t let me pick Coke Zero for my drink. So hand to go to counter to order has at least three employees look at me not one of them smiled nod or speak to me. I almost left but I had my granddaughter with me so I waited. Finally a young man came to take my order. While I waited for our food I had to go back to counter to request napkins to clean off a table. We weren’t asked if we wanted ketchup so had to go back up to counter and wait to request ketchup, again several employees just looked at me. It’s sad that customer service is no longer taught or practiced. Food was fresh and hot so that was good.

  I am sitting in McDonald's right now at 6110 North Fry road in Katy Texas, and I must say this is one of the most well run stores that I've ever seen. The manager Jacob from the moment I saw him, has been the most conscientious and participant manager that I've ever seen. That includes in any restaurant. Where I was sitting I was able to see the front counter. He is smooth professional and very effective as to how he deals with customers as well as his employees. He constantly was asking the customers about their orders, he even came out in the dining room area asking how everything was and if anything else was needed. There were a couple of instances for people came in because of a food wait or incorrect or missing item in their order, but Jacob smoothly solve the problem by apologizing to the customer, and immediately making it right. I saw this with my own eyes and his management style is rare. I believe in giving flowers and accolades to people who deserve it, and surely without a doubt Jacob the manager here on North Fry road deserves the praise. Thank you for your service to this community Jacob!

  Drive thru after 12am sucks. I ordered a mcchicken and they gave me a cheeseburger with ONIONS, which i’m allergic to, now I can’t even eat

  I am not sure of what happens here, but theres always an issue. It has two lanes and they made me sit at the order screen for like 8 minutes, while 10 cars passes in the other lane. And there was no line in front...if you make some wait 8 minutes at least explain why. Then I get to the window and the order is completely wrong.

  Just moved out here and been there twice and both times my food was cold and nasty but the drive through worker seems friendly
