  Today I visited this McDonald’s location and ordered a large fry. When placing my order, I specifically asked for my fries to be fresh. I heard the employee taking my order let the staff know that I wanted fresh fries. However, when I reached the second window to pick up my order, the employee handed me the bag very quickly with a smirk, and the fries were placed upside down in the bag. Before leaving, I checked them and they were COLD. It honestly felt intentional. If employees don’t want to do their job properly, they should consider working somewhere else. There’s no reason customers should be paying for cold food. I could understand if it was free food, but spending money on food that isn’t even fresh is unacceptable. Also, the restaurant was not busy at all. There was no line, and I didn’t see any customers inside. If it was going to take a little longer to make fresh fries, they could have simply told me and I would have waited patiently. McDonald’s, please do better.
