- CSCharles Leo Anderson Staver6 days ago1.0I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. My fries were served cold, and when I brought it to the manager’s attention, the response I received came off as dismissive and unprofessional rather than helpful. On top of that, the dining area was in poor condition. There was trash on the floor, and none of the tables were clean—we actually had to wipe down a table ourselves just to have a place to sit. Overall, the lack of cleanliness and poor customer service made for an unpleasant visit. I hope management takes these issues seriously and improves both staff attitude and store upkeep.
