  I think the oil for the french fries should be changed at least every three days; they taste burnt, and the only flavor is that of the oil😬

  I placed a mobile order tonight and there was no line when I arrived, so I expected fresh food. Unfortunately, everything in my order was cold. The fries were old, and the burger was only lukewarm. I called the store to have this resolved, and the customer service was extremely disappointing. I was unable to speak with a manager—only an employee who relayed my concerns to someone else while I waited. I was told I would need to come back tomorrow since they were closing, which is very inconvenient. When I asked for the employee’s name, she refused. I then asked who the manager on duty was, and she also refused to provide that information and hung up on me. When I called back, someone answered speaking only Spanish and then hung up again. Very frustrating experience overall—poor food quality and even worse customer service. I expected much better.

  I take my granddaughter here after church it's a good place to meet with the kids. They just need to pay more attention to cleaning the tables so we don't have to do it before we sit. No problem doing it after but we always have to find a less dirty table to clean for us to sit and eat.

  The service is incredibly bad! The people who work here are incredibly inattentive! They constantly forget something! They forget fries, they forget nuggets, they forget sauces, they forget toppings! I usually don't go back and write reviews, but today was too much! I ordered a Happy Meal for my son with a hamburger, adding meat and cheese to make it a double cheeseburger, but when we got home and sat down at the table, we found the burger without any toppings, which really upset and angered my son! From now on, I'll give this place one star every time for service like this! I think it's fair.
