The reason not a 5 star review... cashier and manager didn't know the sale price of one of their lead items. To his credit, the manager did not argue and quickly corrected the wrong price. I would definitely shop here again.

However, since Thanksgiving 2025, I have had four instances of poor meat quality, including spoiled fish from the fresh fish counter and fresh beef that spoiled before it's best before date. I know heb prides itself on quality (and the prices reflect that) so I hope this improves asap!

She asked if I had any additional coupons and made sure I didn’t have any questions before finishing the pickup. It’s always nice to interact with someone who clearly cares about providing good customer service. Evie made the experience smooth and welcoming, and it definitely makes me want to continue shopping at this H-E-B location. Great service!
