During my tasting events as a brand ambassador, the manager, Mario Rodriguez, repeatedly singled me out while other tastings were happening nearby. His approach felt rude, intimidating, and unnecessarily focused on pushing sales. While we do have sales goals, the companies I represent do not pressure ambassadors this way. Tastings are not only about immediate sales but also about product awareness and customer engagement. I felt his actions were excessive and unprofessional, which negatively affected my experience and made me feel uncomfortable during my events. Because of this experience, I decided not to apply for future events at this location.
