  I came here with high expectations. I placed a mobile order online that was not inexpensive — over $50 for five items — so I expected better service and accommodation. When I arrived, the lady at the front did not greet or acknowledge me. She walked up to the counter, clicked a few buttons on the screen while holding her phone, and only then said, “Hello, how can I help you?” I told her I had placed a mobile order and gave her my name. She said my name was not on the screen. Since my name has an uncommon spelling, I spelled it out for her, but she still insisted there was no order in the system. Thankfully, I still had my confirmation screen open on my phone and showed it to her. My order was supposed to be ready at 7:45. She eventually handed me my receipt and my bag with a noticeable attitude. I ordered three tacos and two orders of nachos — one with protein and one without. I’m glad I checked the bag because it felt a little light. Neither order of nachos was included. Instead, she had given me two orders of chips and salsa. I was already seated at a table, but I brought the bag back to the counter and explained that I had ordered two nachos — one with protein and one without. She began arguing with me, insisting that nachos are just chips and salsa. I showed her my receipt on my phone, which clearly displayed nachos with all the listed toppings. I even asked her how the plain chips she gave me matched the picture on the receipt. She responded by saying that’s not what I paid for. Another employee, an African American gentleman, came from the back. He reviewed the menu and my receipt and agreed with me that the nachos included the listed toppings. She then began arguing with him as well, repeating the same claims she made to me. He eventually called someone — I’m assuming the owner — to clarify. After that, she finally went back to prepare the nachos properly. By this point, I had been waiting at the restaurant for 30 minutes. My tacos were soggy by the time I received the rest of my order. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience due to poor customer service and unnecessary confrontation. I will not be returning.

  The service was amazingly quick, and the food tasted fresh and flavorful. We enjoyed a family lunch with both paneer and chicken tacos and wraps.
