After that, I called the store to address the issue, and the experience was just as disappointing. The employee I spoke with showed no empathy and acted like they didn’t care at all. There was no attempt to listen or resolve the problem. Between the food quality and the lack of customer service, this location has lost my business.

Our fries were perfectly crispy with great seasoning, and the chicken was so fresh it was still steaming by the time we got home. Everything tasted like it was made to order. I don’t always take the time to leave reviews, but this experience deserved it. Highly recommend this Wingstop. We’ll definitely be returning!

Trying to place an order is a whole struggle because you can’t even understand the person taking it. If you can’t communicate with customers, why are you answering the phone? It honestly feels like the owners just do not care. The bad reviews online say everything, and nothing has changed. They clearly don’t read them or don’t take pride in their business. The service is sloppy, the staff is unbothered, and the overall experience is a joke. If you want cold food, wrong orders, and zero customer service, Wingstop has you covered. Everyone else takes your money somewhere that actually respects customers.
