Brought it to the managers attention that the order was wrong and she didn’t do anything to help resolve the situation. Instead of fixing it, the store told me the food was “sitting there” and that I had to come pick it up—despite paying for delivery. I was hung up on, bounced between multiple employees, and eventually told by the shift manager that they would not deliver, not cancel, and not refund my order (about 1 hour of my time). They treated me like it was my problem since my food was sitting there. Let’s be clear: taking a customer’s money, refusing to provide the service paid for, and refusing to issue a refund is, for all practical purposes, robbery. I was promised a call from the district manager. That call never came. Warning to customers: If this location makes a mistake, they will keep your money and take zero responsibility. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

I ordered 100 wings receive only 30 wings.Asked to speak with a Manager was advised there wasn't a Manager available. Had to place another order to get 70 wings. The young lady apologized for the error with my order but didn't offered an discount or anything extra for the error made. The Lemon pepper wing was missing seasoning. I will not order from this location ever again. 😤
