The fed me the story that a driver had not come to get the food. I said well I'd still be willing to come pick it up but won't be paying the extra fees attached to the delivery. I was told I need to jump through multiple hoops to be able to do that so I canceled the order,only to immediately get the initial doordash text letting me know the order was placed. I watched on the map as the driver picked up the food, brought it to my house then ate it themselves, I texted the driver to confirm this. Tonight I ordered to carryout. Got there at the designated time to find out they have not even received my order. I showed them the confirmation, and the cashier called their manager. I was told I would have to wait for a refund to go through in "a few hours" and would have to reorder and pay for the food again. Any manager with half a braincell would have had a new meal made immediately and the food comped for the inconvenience. DO NOT COME TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT
