Hoy siendo aproximadamen la 1:45 de la tarde 3 de enero del 2026 tuve la peor experiencia en esta locacion! me dirijo a la tienda en el cual me atiende un ciudadano de estaura media falco piel blanca? de mala presencia y con una actitud inadecuada con mala educación en el cual mi pedidos era un combo de 6 piezas wing de hueso procedo a pedirlas frescas ya que visualmente en la cocina estaba una señorita de lentes piel blanca, contando las piezas y sumergiendolas de nuevo en el aceite que visualmente se veían viejas!!! Les indique que las quería fresca el señor mal educado proceden a montarlas SIN LAVARSE LAS MANOS Y SIN GUANTES? LA SEÑORITA EL INFORMA QUE AY HABIAN Piezas Y QUE SI ERAN NUEVAS TENIA QUE ESPERAR 16 MINUTOS en ningún momento me importo esperar pero no llevaba ni 5 minutos cuando me moví a llenar el vaso de refresco y ya tenían mi pedido empacado me hacen entrega de mi pedido en el cual le pido que x favor se espere un momento para revisarlo ya que no tenía ni 5 minutos de ábrelo pedidoeste hombre grosero ni me ve la cara y se da media vuelta a llamar a su manañer ya que x el uniforme se nota lo que era reviso mi pedido y estaba ful de queso parmesano las piezas y logre a ver una en el cual pido que x favor me la cambien cuando me siendo en la mesa las papas le habían echado 1kg de sal las piezas super duras viejas y recalentadas? Ive had 2 orders in a row canceled. I ordered for delivery the other night and 30 minutes after it was said to be ready, I called the restaurant to ask where it was. The fed me the story that a driver had not come to get the food. I said well I'd still be willing to come pick it up but won't be paying the extra fees attached to the delivery. I was told I need to jump through multiple hoops to be able to do that so I canceled the order,only to immediately get the initial doordash text letting me know the order was placed. I watched on the map as the driver picked up the food, brought it to my house then ate it themselves, I texted the driver to confirm this.
Tonight I ordered to carryout. Got there at the designated time to find out they have not even received my order. I showed them the confirmation, and the cashier called their manager. I was told I would have to wait for a refund to go through in "a few hours" and would have to reorder and pay for the food again. Any manager with half a braincell would have had a new meal made immediately and the food comped for the inconvenience.
