Older lady very rude and seemed unorganized then upset with me for offering me the wrong order?? Food took over 20 mins then they forgot my sauce .. Just a terrible experience after the gym. Cook at home or go somewhere else 😭

Employees are polite. Food is good but their line cooks need to figure out how to start more than one order at a time. There were only a couple people in front of me. My single burger and fry combo order should not take almost 15 minutes. You should be able to manage cooking more than one or two orders at a time.

We just came home with a to go order and this is what we got today We ordered large fries and the container was 3/4 full. Also my burger had literally 5 pieces of lettuce.

My favorite Whataburger location in Katy. Best staff run by Joanna, she makes sure you food is aways fresh and made to order. I love the attention to detail from the crew. Its pretty awesome they know my favorite order.

Both the service and the food were beyond terrible. I’m not sure if they have AI taking the orders but the person on the speaker understood nothing that I was saying. Every sentence I said was repeated back to me incorrectly with an upward inflection. It was very weird. Then when we got the food everything was cold. Especially the fries. So I took the food back and requested a refund. I gave the food back to Yasmin and she proceeded to go through the bag thoroughly. I guess she was expecting me to have eaten the food and just wanted my money back. I’m not sure but it was all still there. Then she decided to hold the dry balled up cold fries in her hand, look at me and say “I can still feel that they’re warm.” That was the worst part because she was blatantly lying. I don’t understand why she would sit there and lie like that knowing that the fries were not only cold but stale. Regardless what was the point of her saying that? Just give me my money back. Terrible experience. Will NEVER return. And you shouldn’t either unless you like cold food and like to argue.
