Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

- TTtinaismamama4 days ago1.0Both the service and the food were beyond terrible. I’m not sure if they have AI taking the orders but the person on the speaker understood nothing that I was saying. Every sentence I said was repeated back to me incorrectly with an upward inflection. It was very weird. Then when we got the food everything was cold. Especially the fries. So I took the food back and requested a refund. I gave the food back to Yasmin and she proceeded to go through the bag thoroughly. I guess she was expecting me to have eaten the food and just wanted my money back. I’m not sure but it was all still there. Then she decided to hold the dry balled up cold fries in her hand, look at me and say “I can still feel that they’re warm.” That was the worst part because she was blatantly lying. I don’t understand why she would sit there and lie like that knowing that the fries were not only cold but stale. Regardless what was the point of her saying that? Just give me my money back. Terrible experience. Will NEVER return. And you shouldn’t either unless you like cold food and like to argue.

Mo recommended the Frosted Berry Lemonade, and I’m so glad I listened — it was absolutely amazing. I had never tried it before, and now I’ve been getting it every time I come back. Great customer service really makes a difference, and Mo went above and beyond to make my visit enjoyable. Because of him, Whataburger has gained a loyal Frosted Berry Lemonade fan. Keep up the great work!
