If I have to nitpick something else then I guess it's got a dying "Wendy's" sign where only the W and E are still lit, but inside it's always clean and well tended to, so it's no big deal. The staff is always attentive and kind too, so it's not like the atmosphere is bad, the construction outside is just a bit annoying.

If you close the window, you won't be able to hear anything. The lady on the speakers left me waiting there. When she finally spoke with me, she asked me again for another moment, so I left. What kind of customer service is this? Where is the common sense? Called to speak with someone at the store, and nobody answered the phone.

I noticed something was off when I tried to dig my fork into what I previously presumed to be pillowy soft doughy cinnamon goodness, and it was rock hard. I couldn’t even dent it, picked it up and saw it was charcoal black! never going again to this location.
