Since 1979, Victor’s has developed a well-earned reputation for traditional, flavorful Tex-Mex food, hand-crafted margaritas, and exceptional service.
Victor opened his first location of Victor’s Casa Garcia, in 1979 near the Beltway and I-10. Other sites followed at Hwy 6 and Clay Road, Fry Road and Saums Road, and South Fry Road near Park Row.
Business management was always a family affair, and you would often find Victor Sr., Gloria, Juan Carlos, and Victor Jr. at the restaurant together. Victor managed this family business from 1979 until 2021 when he retired. Juan Carlos continues the legacy today with other restaurant locations of his own.
