- DADesirae A.2 days ago1.0Waited in line to purchase a smoothie. It was a customer in front of me and the Asian cashier did not know what he was doing. I guess the customer in front of me needed a discount or something after he handled the customer then he tells me I’ll be with you in one second and start making smoothies after I waited for a lengthy period of time. I couldn’t wait any longer and I just went ahead and left. Please have your workers understand customer service properly.

I am severely allergic to coconut — not a preference, an actual allergy — and I have always been allowed to substitute coconut for strawberries in my smoothie without any problem. On Monday the 16th at around 2:15 PM, I went through the drive-thru and was told I couldn’t substitute the coconut. instead of handling it professionally, I was told, “I can do it this time I guess,” like they were doing me some kind of favor. That response was disappointing and honestly concerning. When someone has a serious allergy, it shouldn’t feel like they’re asking for special treatment just to be safe. I’m paying for the product, and I simply need an ingredient swapped due to a medical reason — something this location has done for me many times before. If policies have changed or there’s new staff, proper training is important — especially when it comes to allergens and customer service. I’ve always enjoyed coming here, but this interaction left a bad impression. I hope management addresses this so no one else with allergies feels dismissed or uncomfortable.
