    The food was just very meh, we ordered 4 meals and 2 of them sucked, they were really soggy/greasy. one was ok, and only the burger was actually good. Also their juice cups were really small and had no refills on them

    We went as a family of four and we all ordered different dishes. The food sucks. It has no flavor and are overly greasy. Things that came with sauce where sopping and drenched creating soggy English muffins. They didnt resemble their menu pictures To make it worse they were out of hot chocolate in December, 5 days til Christmas! With no othere hot drink alternatives for kids. Service was good and staff pleasant but we will not be returning.

    Sat for over 15 minutes with no server addressing us. Turns out the tables were reassigned and the server didn’t know which tables were assigned to her. Manager didn’t really care about losing customers. If tables were reassigned to servers and they don’t know haha it’s a management issue.

    The worst place to get service. Even the manager on duty Pablo did not care. Saturday 12/13/25 at 9:30 am. Don't come here with your family until manager is change.

    Me and my husband went for breakfast. His chicken was well undercooked. We let the server know he was so worried. The manager came and say they had a new cook but it shouldn’t be an excuse that if my husband wanted it remade. It was remade and we paid full price for the meal. I didn’t mind paying for the meal but at least como my husbands meal for the inconvenience and having to remake a whole new dish. We hadn’t came to this location due to issues back then and they said they had new owners we decided to give it another try. Def wouldn’t be back again.
