  AVOID this location if possible, especially at night. If you place an online order expect to wait at least 20+ minutes even if the restaurant is empty, oh and you'll still end up missing items so expect cold food waiting on those. Need new night managers asap 👎🏽

  I just left this Taco Bell and apparently they were out of all fountain drinks and there was a sign that I didn’t see and the robot was taking my order until a rude employee had to rudely tell me that they only have water bottles… she didn’t have to be that way and the guy there was rude as well. No one should order something and be disrespected like I was tonight. Employees should serve with a smile please and thanks.

  The worst Taco Bell I've ever had the displeasure of getting food from! I placed a delivery order through the Taco Bell app. My door dash driver had to wait 25 min. inside the restaurant for my order! Whem I finally received it, the hard taco fell apart it was so soft, the pototes in the beefy potato burrito were uncooked, had to throw it in the trash and my mini taco salad had maybe 2 tbls. of beans, no meat, no tomatoes, VERY little cheese and one of the sides of the taco shell was broken off!! A true waste of $24!! Tried calling the restaurant to speak to the mgr., they will not answer their phone!!🙄 Unfortunately, I am 72 yrs. and don't drive as I am disabled and this is the particular Taco Bell that is used for delivery! I guess I will just wait until my son comes over and he can go to the one on N. Fry for me, have NEVER had a problem there!

  Almost every single order has been wrong since this location opened. Today their soft drinks are completely down. If you don't want tea or bottled water be advised. Ordered churros and wasn't notified they didn't have em until after I went in to notify them they were forgotten. No refund, no "my bad" or "could I get you something else instead". The woman running drive thru is as personable as a bar of soap.

  Soda machine was out, got “Sweet” tea but was given “unsweetened” tea…told front guy then he goes to the back and bring sugar… poured into unsweetened canister and bring me new cup… I take drink… thanks for the heavy sugar water…. Wish I can give a zero lucky google is friendly enough to give 1 star.
