I attempted to call the 5 times to tell them please no tomatoes as I’m allergic. It’s unfortunate that wouldn’t pick up the phone, now I can’t eat the food due to my allergy.

My card was charged, my loyalty points were deducted, and my promo code was used. When I arrived, the employee told me the order didn’t show in their system and said, “I know it charged you, but sometimes orders don’t come through and I don’t know why.” I waited about 10 minutes to see if it would appear, but it never did. Because she couldn’t help me in-store, she told me to call my bank and dispute the charge. I also asked if I could still receive the same BOGO promotion since I couldn’t reorder online, but was told no because it only applies to online orders. I left with no food, no refund, and unable to reorder. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service — I paid for a meal I never received. I hope this issue is addressed so others don’t go through the same thing.
