    I placed an order in the app for pick up at this location, I noticed tomatoes was selected on my sandwich. I attempted to call the 5 times to tell them please no tomatoes as I’m allergic. It’s unfortunate that wouldn’t pick up the phone, now I can’t eat the food due to my allergy.

    ⭐ 1 Star Review Issue with Online Order Not Processing but Payment Completed I recently placed an online order through Subway’s website, which confirmed my order was ready for pickup. My card was charged, my loyalty points were deducted, and my promo code was used. When I arrived, the employee told me the order didn’t show in their system and said, “I know it charged you, but sometimes orders don’t come through and I don’t know why.” I waited about 10 minutes to see if it would appear, but it never did. Because she couldn’t help me in-store, she told me to call my bank and dispute the charge. I also asked if I could still receive the same BOGO promotion since I couldn’t reorder online, but was told no because it only applies to online orders. I left with no food, no refund, and unable to reorder. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service — I paid for a meal I never received. I hope this issue is addressed so others don’t go through the same thing.
