  Came to purchase a sandwich. As I was walking up I saw one of the employees behind the line digging in his face around his nose. Once he noticed I walked in he grabbed a pair of gloves to begin preparing my sandwich. I asked him if he could wash his hands in a nice manner and her refused so I left. Sad to see that they would rather see money walk out the door than to uphold food safety. Do not eat from here.

  Unbelievable! Im actually shocked at the way I was spoken to. I asked for my protein pocket to be slightly warmed. I was told No! They said the tortilla would break, I said I understand. Im not going to eat the tortilla. I was then told next time You dont get it toasted! I said I won't be back next time. She said GOOD DONT COME BACK! I asked for no onions please, I was told as she pointed to the sign "it comes this way!" I said, I know I want it just that way, but no onions. She once again said, it comes this way! Did I misunderstand the concept of Subway? Don't they make the food to the customers request? I was nice, and didn't ask for anything strange, extra, or free. They were both incredibly rude. I walked out shaking. Terrible experience. I understand the hospitality industry, im in it. I understand intitled customers. I am not that person at all. I try to find the good intentions everywhere I go unless someone is rude, nasty, and just dont care. This checked all the boxes. In no way did my order justify the rudeness of this Subway

  Dicen que abren a las 8 am y la empleada llegó a las 7:57 am. Por supuesto que no tenía nada listo a las 8:02. No entiendo si dicen que abren a las 8 no tengan el servicio disponible a esa hora. Me fui porque necesitaba comprar temprano.

  The Hispanic guy was not welcoming and also he didn’t even toast or heat up the meat for my philly never will I ever come to this subway . Made me sick cause meat wasn’t heat up . Someone needs to train these people more of food temperature. Super upset

  I am so tired of coming to this location and have to wait for them to fix their friends sandwiches for free before they fix mine I waited in line 20 minutes a lady ran in spoke to her in Spanish and she immediately made her sandwich and made me wait another 10 minutes never again no thank you.
