I wait a good 30 seconds then I say “hi” he looks up and says hi, goes back to making sandwiches. I wait another 30 seconds, I ask him if there is anyone else working that can take my order, he looks up and says no it’s just me. I ask “will I have to wait until u finish those two sandwiches and he looks up and says yes. I say “ I ask because I’m in a hurry and need to leave if that is the case” he kept making sandwiches. I understand if you’re the only one working and you’re fulfilling an order before mine. I get it. But to have me stand there and never acknowledge me or even look up. A “I’ll be with you soon as I finish this order” would have been nice. Horrible customer service. I rather go to a different Subway than to stop there again.

To make matters worse, when I went to eat, I discovered that I had only received a 6-inch sandwich! Fortunately, I didn’t leave the store, as I would have faced significant consequences.
