Jose made my visit to Subway genuinely pleasant with his warm, friendly attitude and outstanding customer service. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a smile and patiently took my order, making sure everything was prepared exactly the way I wanted. He was extremely polite, professional, and respectful, which made the whole experience feel welcoming and stress-free. It’s rare to come across someone who clearly takes pride in their work and treats customers with such kindness. Thanks to Jose, I left not just with a great sandwich, but also with a really positive impression of the store.

I think all of the recent reviews has been because of the old rude lady that is in the morning, she yells at you, stares at you like you owe her something, such a really rude employee, how do you guys have someone like that that works there
I’ve been coming here since 3 years ago and now never coming back! ATP i do not recommend to come this place, ever!!!

When I arrived, I waited in line for about three minutes, which was completely fine and not an issue at all. However, when I was helped by an older female employee, the interaction felt rude and unwelcoming. She was very slow when it came to making my sandwich which was a little fine. She appeared irritated and looked at me strangely from the start.
When I asked for my bread to be toasted, she responded with “before the meat?” in a tone and reaction that felt unnecessary. As I requested my ingredients, only two pickles and about 2 banana peppers were added, along with a large amount of lettuce and mayo, which did not match what I had asked for.
At checkout, the interaction continued to feel rushed and unfriendly. My receipt was placed on the counter instead of in the bag, which I thought was unusual.
When I returned to work and ate the sandwich, the ham tasted unpleasant and was overly watery, making the bread soggy. Due to the lack of ingredients, the meat was the only thing I could really taste. Overall, the quality and service did not meet expectations.
This experience left me feeling uncomfortable, and unfortunately, it came across as possibly discriminatory, which is why I felt it was important to share. I hope this feedback can help improve future customer experiences.

This place is horrible staff are very rude and slow when it comes to making your sandwich. They put about 2 of each toppings, really? This is horrible and I would not recommend coming to this place. The lady in the front is very rude she stares at you and just doesn’t say anything until you ask want you want.

I’ve been to this subway twice in the last week and each time has been horrible. I typically don’t leave reviews but the level of service for this subway has significantly decreased. The first time they burnt my bread, and this is after being forced to select another bread because of some reason they don’t have flatbread anymore. Each time I’ve been here the wait has been over 20 mins and it’s only been 3 or 4 people in line that includes me. I’m not sure if it’s a staffing issue with new hires or lack of training but this is last time I’m coming to this locating. I wrote this entire review while waiting in line. Just got to the front of the line and she ignored me for 5 mins then finally acknowledged me only to say that another employee will be with me shortly and that they are having a lot of mobile orders at the same time. There is currently now 5 people in line waiting. Common sense dictates to take care of the people right in front of your before doing online orders
