This location is probably the worst subway I have ever been to. Two people working and looked completely lost. They don’t greet you at all when you come inside. I placed a mobile order that said it would be ready at 11:20 , I sat and waited while they helped a customer. Only to find out they hadn’t even started my order. I was able to walk out the door at 11:40. They simultaneously didn’t greet the next person after me, and proceeding to make their sub order that wasn’t a mobile order suppose to be done 20 minutes prior. So while they tried to make my sub, they were making hers at the exact same time and going back and forth between the two subs.
The older gentleman was very rude and asked me like 10 times if this was my order. He is difficult to understand. The younger man was at least presentable and seemed nice.
I’ll drive an extra five minutes to avoid this place

DO NOT ORDER HERE!!!
When I got there, one of my items were unavailable. She was unable to communicate because she didn’t speak English, so I asked to speak to a manager because I just wanted my money back. After she called her manager, he explained the employee didn’t know how to do a refund and that I would have to do it on the app. After five minutes of back-and-forth and him not giving me a refund he said that he would do it, but it would be later.
When I got home, both of our sandwiches were completely wrong and missing items. When I went to call the number on the receipt, it says the number isn’t available and when I looked up the number on Google the automated messages in Spanish.

I’ve been a long-time customer at Subway, but this was by far the worst service I’ve ever received. I went in wanting to get a salad, and there was no one at the counter. It took the employee a while to come out, and when she did, she seemed completely uninterested in preparing my food with any care.
I asked her politely to slice my vegetables and she only sliced the tomatoes and cucumber. When it came to the turkey, she just piled it onto the salad without cutting it down as I had requested. I asked again, and she gave me an attitude. I almost left right then, but I was in a hurry to get home to my kids.
Then, I asked for extra cheese, but instead of slicing it, she just piled squares on top of the salad. When I requested ranch dressing, she only filled half the cup and then just walked away without offering to properly top the salad.
Overall, the service was rude, and the employee clearly didn’t care about making the salad with any thought or attention to detail. I won’t be coming back to this location, and I hope they improve their customer service. It’s a shame, especially for a place that’s supposed to serve fresh, made-to-order food."

Check your sandwich if ordered online. I ordered additional bacon and got pepperoni instead (wasted upcharge). 3 stars given because restaurant was clean and sandwich was ready on time.

I was working very near this location and only have a 30 minute lunch break. So I ordered my sandwich an hour before my break to be ready at 1 pm. The app said it was ready at 1. I showed up at 1:05 then had to wait 10 minutes to make the sandwich which they had over an hour to make. This gave me time to look around at all the chairs that are supposed to have white back rests and realize that every single chair back was covered in black fingerprints from people grabbing them to pull the chairs out, the tables were covered in crumbs, and there was a drink spilled under a table that had been there long enough to dry. I also ordered a 20 oz Dr pepper and they didnt have any. I wasted another couple of minutes trying to get the lady to understand that I just wanted a cup to get a fountain drink since I had already paid for a 20 oz they didnt have.
