- KKKent KylesAug 25, 20252.0I want to give a big shoutout to Dreyden. He’s a young worker, but he handled my order with patience, professionalism, and a positive attitude. He stayed focused and respectful the whole time, even when the situation around him wasn’t the easiest. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 5 is because the manager was unnecessarily rude to him while he was doing a great job. That didn’t sit right with me. Shes actually rude all the time. Dreyden deserves recognition—he’s the kind of employee who makes customers want to come back.

Nothing crazy once I got to my car and drove away and started eating my sandwich. The bread was hard as a brick. I’m not even kidding. I couldn’t eat the sandwich honestly, I was so pissed off And I didn’t have time to go back to complain so I decided to call I called about 10 times I actually even called the next day and no one would answer the phone. I understand that the worker that made my sandwich is new to the team, but he needs to be properly trained and you guys need to get your phone Fixed I am super disappointed in this location and even though I live next-door, I will never be back. I’d rather go to Jersey Mike’s and pay double the price. and do double the drive
