I placed an online order, came in and waited because it wasn't ready yet. 2 other people came in who placed online orders and you're still waiting. Finally get up to check to see what the hold up is and the lady is saying there's 2 others ahead of you. How?! I had placed my order 30 minutes ago and somehow I'm still waiting. It's ridiculous.
