  Came here with a group of 10 people and we were all very happy with it. Food was absolutely great, and service was very fast and friendly. We tried wings, sandwiches, appetizers (jalapeño poppers and Mac n cheese poppers), various kinds of fries, and fried Oreo dessert. Every single item was great! I highly recommend them.

  I just ordered some wings from here because of the high ratings, but I was very disappointed. The wings were very crispy which I liked but the wings were so incredibly small that it was all crisp and hardly any meat. They were hard chew through because of how overly crispy/overcooked they were. I ordered the mild buffalo, BBQ, and garlic Parmesan. The flavors were good but there was no chicken in them. Unfortunately I won’t be returning here and I will continue to look for a good wing place.

  I am extremely disappointed with this wing establishment and feel compelled to share my experience. Despite a couple of weeks ago since my purchase ; I still have the need to share this. The level of customer service displayed by the employees was unprofessional and discourteous. Additionally, the quality of the food was unacceptable. What is most concerning is not only the product itself, but the manner in which management responds to customer reviews. The tone used in replies comes across as dismissive and sarcastic, which reflects poorly on both management and the overall standards of this location. Regarding my personal experience, I placed an order on Friday for pickup, as my colleagues and I were on a tight schedule due to an upcoming corporate meeting. After picking up the order and leaving the premises, I discovered a strand of hair in my wings. This is a serious hygiene issue and completely unacceptable. Finding foreign contaminants in food raises significant concerns about the cleanliness and food safety practices at this establishment. Given this experience, I will be reporting this incident to the appropriate health authorities. The wings were also extremely small, the fries were soggy, and overall food quality did not meet even basic expectations. When poor food quality is combined with inadequate customer service and questionable hygiene practices, it creates an experience that I cannot recommend to others. Based on my experience and the way customer concerns are handled publicly, I strongly advise potential customers to consider other dining options. Update : response to management. The odasity for you to insinuate the picture posted from your business, clearly with your logo is tampered with . Customers please use this as an example of why you should not eat here . But we will see what the Health department has to say about this establishment. It’s no wonder most reviewers state their food is stale . They use old products but don’t worry they will ding you for that .

  Wings were horrible . Soggy waffle fries . Super Small wings . The one thing that stood out was the customer service. I called to cancel my order because I had accidentally placed it for pick up and wanted delivery . The man who answered the phone was absolutely rude . Extremely rude . He sounded Indian . If you hate your job , possibly not work there ? After that , a lady called me again an asked if I wanted to cancel my order . Yes I had already called and said that . Poor communication within employees . She possibly caught the attitude the guy gave me when I called . I will probably never order from here again . I have shared the experience with my peers and they’ve noted to never order from here . Customer service is before anything else , this guy needs to possibly be reevaluated and put in the back if possible because he has horrible customer service etiquette. I don’t have his name unfortunately but like previously mention , he had a heavy Indian accent . Reply to owner great for you to stand behind your employees! So it’s tolerated to be rude to your customers is that what you’re saying ? I said Indian because your staff when answering the phone does not provide their name . So how am I suppose to describe your rude employees. You must not know the definition of discrimination obviously. And no I placed my order here ! Nice try stating that this is not the correct location . Customers this tells you a lot about this place . It’s seems per previous reviews that your location is known for horrible service so go figure . I never said my order was placed today . This was from an experience a few weeks ago , so once again nice try .
