- D3Des Plus 3Jan 1, 20261.0We had a very frustrating experience at this Sonic drive-thru. When we tried to order at the speaker, the sound was so low that we could barely hear anything. Because of that, we drove up to the window and placed our order directly with an employee named Dylan. Our order was: a strawberry sundae, a chocolate sundae, a mini vanilla ice cream, a small Oreo Blast, a medium Oreo Blast, and a slushie. We specifically asked Dylan if they had waffle cones, and he told us they did. When we received our order, it was incorrect. We were missing both the medium Oreo Blast and the small Oreo Blast, and instead of a waffle cone, we were given a sugar cone. At that point, my husband didn’t even want to wait for it to be fixed because we had already taken extra time ordering at the window due to the broken speaker. We were just trying to grab ice cream for our kids, and instead it turned into a disappointing and inconvenient experience. Ordering directly with an employee and still receiving the wrong items is unacceptable. Very disappointed with the service and lack of accuracy.
