  I’ve consistently experienced long wait times at this Sonic location, and the machines rarely seem to be working properly. It’s disappointing and frustrating as a customer. I hope improvements can be made to enhance both the speed of service and the reliability of the equipment.

  We went at 1030 at night and the service was so slow.. also the tater tots were cold and undercooked.

  I ordered the Frito chili cheese wrap and received a Frito pie with stale Fritos. I tried to call the store but their phone is disconnected. Made a complaint with corporate and they told me they couldn’t refund me for partial order and they tried to give me items I didn’t order. Then they go as low as trying to give me a small side item that isn’t equivalent to what I ordered. I ended up settling for a small shake that is still 10 cents less than what I paid. I don’t plan on going to this location again.
