    I went to the drive-thru to buy a simple bag of ice at 9:47 PM, when your store says it closes at 10 PM. The guy working there was rude and didn’t even let me speak. As I drove up, he just said, “Closed.” I said, “I just want a bag of ice,” and he still responded, “Closed.” If you’re going to say you close at 10 PM, why aren’t you actually serving customers until then?

    Unfortunately the Sonic on Gaston in Katy is horrible. Drive through receiver is always broken and staff doesn’t know the items on the menu. I waited a while to place my order, the wait could be due to understaffing. Ordered a burger and popcorn chicken. Chicken was not edible, hard like rocks and I was given the wrong drink. This is the third time for me, never again where the messed up on the food. I can’t believe I went back to this place, but definitely the last straw for me. I didn’t feel like talking again to fix the order. I through the chicken away. I ended up ordering from the location on Westheimer, which has always been excellent!

    I ordered tater tots, they gave me fries instead. I moved over stalled and pressed the red button. It blinked for a while, then they turned it off. This happened a couple times. I gave up and went through the drive thru. I was asked to wait. Eventually the lady comes and back and I explain I ordered tater tots and got fries. She says she knows and that they are out of tater tots and so she subbed the fries. I’m like… why wouldn’t they tell me that upfront? I ask for a refund (I don’t want fries) and she says to come to the window. I pull up and see three cars ahead of me and gave up and left (food was already getting cold). I tried to call the store on my way home, but the number doesn’t work. Never again.
