A few weeks ago, I visited Saltgrass Steakhouse (21855 Katy Fwy, Katy, TX) and ordered the Range Rattlers grilled. They were completely charred and not edible, though the manager was understanding and offered a $15 credit or replacement. It’s disappointing to have such inconsistency from one visit to the next. I really wanted to love this meal, but Saltgrass needs to tighten up its quality control to match its reputation.

Ate the greenbeans and shared my husbands steak. We brought the steak to manager Frank Scolari (sp?) who responded that it's a Doordash problem. Apparently, Saltgrass has doordashers cooking the steaks??? Do better. Hire cooks that know how to cook and managers with customer service skills.
