While this wasn't my first time to eat at one of these locations it was for my wife and she was excited to try it.
The atmosphere was typical for the chain, but still looked good since it had been "refreshed" not long ago.
The service was good and better than at the other locations I've tired.
But the food was not impressive at all given the price.
My wife liked her seafood combo and my Cobb salad was decent enough, but not "spectacular" or "outstanding" in any way and blatantly overpriced.
While the overall experience wasn't bad it is highly doubtful we will consider eating here in the future.

The Rainforest Cafe was a great experience. The food was very good and tasted fresh, and the atmosphere was truly amazing. The attention to detail in making it feel like an actual rainforest is incredible — it really adds to the whole experience. It’s definitely a family-oriented restaurant, and my 2-year-old niece absolutely loved it. The service was okay, nothing exceptional, but overall it was a fun and enjoyable place to visit.

We visited Rainforest Cafe to celebrate my grandson’s third birthday, expecting a fun experience, but it turned out to be a huge disappointment. Our food took an exceptionally long time to arrive, and despite promising the kids a special volcano dessert, we were told they were short-staffed and had to wait even longer. Overall, it was the worst dining experience we’ve had, and we left feeling extremely disappointed.

Extremely bad service! We went to have a dinner on our 3 year old birthday, but ending up regretting the decision. From waiting for getting seated, ordering food and food service, it was all extremely bad service! Place was pretty empty, decent number of sever but still they preferred to look at us and ignore with terrible service. Thankfully kid was happy with ambience so we r glad he did not experience such wrong service but only us.

I'm a 2000s kid from Ohio. I always heard about Rainforest Cafe, especially from documentaries on YouTube, but I was never able to go since all the ones near me closed. Now going as an adult, I was blown away by it in person. The food was of a high quality. Obviously not 5 star restaurant, but the flavors were prominent and everything was cooked just right. The portion sizes were perfect, the atmosphere was unique, and our server Javier was great. Definitely recommend checking out, especially if you're from out of town like me. My only criticism is the prices are a little high considering it's technically aimed at kids, but the food quality matched the price. I think it's worth checking out at least once for a special occasion.
