  Cashier noticed i didn’t tip and his attitude changed to a more upset tone my food was ready for about 15 minutes and sitting in the little oven to keep it warm but only gave it to me after he was done having a conversation with his coworker laughing in the back The pizza was made well but the wings were poorly made literally just sprinkled a little bit of seasoning on top and not tossing them at all

  I normally order from here and have no issues food wise but I ordered last night and idk if it was because it was valentines day and they were short staffed or something but it was horrible. Placed an order about 6:45 tracker stated it would be here at 7:15 then I get a text that Door Dash would be delivering. Pizza got here at 8:00!! The receipt was right but the order was wrong, I managed to get ahold of someone at the store they appologized and said they'd have it remade. DD guy was nice enough to go back and pick up the correct order, but He texted me that they were ignoring him. he finally got the pizza and when it was finally delivered to me (9 pm) the pizza was cold like it had been sitting awhile...they also forgot my wings and it sucks cause I used points for those lol. Waste of money, time and points 😞 the guy who answered the phone was nice though so I won't discredit their customer service over the phone!

  Google really needs to allow zero stars for places like Pizza Hut. We paid $80 for pizza that took over an hour to arrive (ETA was 8:25 didn’t show up until 9) and it showed up cold, with breadsticks that were hard as a rock, and items missing from the order. To make it worse, the driver showed up casually holding the boxes with no heating bag, acting like everything was perfectly fine. I understand the location may not be in the best area, but basic pizza-making and delivery shouldn’t be this hard. If you can’t get hot pizza delivered correctly, what exactly are you doing?

  I attempted to cancel an order from 5444 N. Fry location a week ago go. No one answered the phone and Manger Evette (1930 Fry Rd, Pizza Hut) stated she spoke with a manager at 5444 N. Fry Rd and the confirmed the manager would cancel the order and I would receive a refund. A week later, still no refund. It’s a shame that these fast food restaurants are stealing from customers.

  Great food, Friendly staff. Just wish they would clean up a bit. Their clothes and cleanliness was really bad. But the staff is super friendly and nice. The food was delicious. It just made me question how clean it was in there.
