  Driver forgot drinks and could not communicate options because he did not speak English. Called local store and young lady could not understand when asked if I was speaking to the call center or the local store. Asked for the manager who was even less helpful and when asked for corporate number was told he didn't know the number for the franchise office.

  Came by in person instead of getting it dashed...big mistake. App tells you when your pizza is ready and i showed up early, waiting in my car and went inside the store to pick it up. Guy at counter told me it'll be "5 more minutes". I paid for the pizza and selected $0 tip due to me tipping in cash. The 5 minutes became 25 minutes. Once I got home, which was only 5 minutes away, I opened up the pizza and it was cold!! Like they made it and stuck it in the freezer! *Pic shows the time I left the store and the time it told me it would be ready.*

  It’s the first time I came to a Pizza Hut and the service it’s actually really good I have bad experience in others locations before about the service but the employees here are so nice and attentive of course I will back soon ❤️

  Bad service, I’m still waiting for my order as I write this review I have been waiting over an hour. First they said because of rain driver never left the store, which is understandable. once the rain did stop I was told driver would be here in 10mins, it’s 9pm and driver still hasn’t delivered, I called back and was told once again driver said he would deliver in 10mins. Like who wants to eat a cold pizza. This is the worst Pizza Hut i ever dealt with. This is not the first time this happened but I still choose to give them an another try. Only one time did my order come on time and was hot which was delivered through a third part that was door dash. I don’t recommend this store for delivery! Maybe pick up is better, but I wouldn’t be ordering here again! As a general manager myself this is unprofessional and unacceptable!

  Don’t order from here unless you want to wait 2 hrs for cold pizza. Order pizza at 4:30 on Friday, got delivered at 6:44. App showed that it was out for delivery for over an hr. Called the store to check on eta was on hold for 30 mins with no one answering. I ended up hanging up because the delivery driver finally showed up. And this is not the first time, we keep thinking it’s a one off or they are short handed. But I really think the location just doesn’t care. Spend your money at a different location or a different pizza place.
