- GBGary ButtsDec 1, 20251.0I spent 30 minutes trying to order a pizza for delivery and the website would not accept my address, no matter how I put the address in, I live in a trailer park and all trailers have the same address besides the trailer number, just like an apartment, $47 for a medium pizza with some extra toppings and delivery fee and tip,I don't understand what the delivery fee is for when you have to pay a tip (which I'm happy to pay),but for all my trouble I just removed the order and ate a $2 sandwich, now I remember why I stopped ordering from Papa John's, they used to deliver here all time

Not my first experience with bad customer service but i guess i will go somewhere from now on since it appears they dont give a crap about their customers. You call to ask why cheese bread that was ordered over an hour and 15 minutes ago was still not delivered and he says its on its way but they delivered someone elses order when it finally arrived. Dont you check the order and the address? i hope people know this is the worst one to order from so better off going to a different location as they don't care and the pizza quality is not great either. Dont order delivery as it takes over and hour to get a cheese bread!!!
