  The employee that took my order needs to have ojt because their customer service sucks. The manager had to take their spot and serve me my food. The manager got some kool points back

  Highly recommend going to either 1463 off i10 or the McD in Jordan Ranch off heritage instead of this location. I have been here three times and each time my order is wrong and the wait is absurd. I learned my lesson, never come here if you want your food in a reasonable manner!!!

  Stopped by recently and had a good experience. Food was fresh, service was quick, and the restaurant was clean. Staff handled orders efficiently, and everything was prepared correctly. Good option for a quick meal.

  I made a delivery Order, after paying a Service Fee plus another Fee for a total of $5, they sent me one of the 3 breakfast sandwiches I ordered and a wrong one. I called and the person that answer put me on hold and hung up. I tried to call again but the message says my number was blocked. They are careless and irresponsible. I don't even think they have a Manager decent enough to show his face and answer complains. You can see other comments confirming that.

  I am very disappointed with this McDonald’s location. The store frequently makes mistakes with orders, such as missing hash browns or omitting eggs from sausage egg muffin orders. Additionally, the store manager demonstrated an unprofessional attitude when attempting to resolve these issues, including hanging up the phone and responding in a dismissive manner. I will not choose this location anymore.
