Every time this McDonald’s always has a long line and it moves real slow.
My son came by today to pick up his online order.
They said they didn’t have the order
He went around that long drive-through twice and was there for an hour waiting and they never found it.
I went back as soon as he got home and it was they’re the whole time ready to go.
The fries were already cold.
Everyone I know has Bad experience coming here

I ordered monopoly order and didn’t get my sticker Maneger lied about it was ending but others had there’s I wouldn’t advise no one here at all they’ll ripping people off

Utterly dissatisfied with the service here. It seems like the guy taking orders at drive thru in the evenings ( Seems hispanic with glasses ) makes you feel like he is doing you a favor by taking your orders. I would gladly drive to a different location on Morton st but never ever giving them any business. He is rude, unprofessional and down right disrespectful. He should be working away from customer interaction. He is definitely not suited to take order and not suited to interact with customers. I see bunch of review similar to mine. Management needs to take all those reviews mostly about the customer service seriously. Came to the ordering station his greeting is "YES" so im like ok maybe he might be talking to somebody else. Then I tell him im here to pick up my order he tells me to pull up. I get to the window and he takes his merry time to come and holding the food and demanding not requesting literally demanding to see the confirmation and im like what is wrong with this guy. Like is he offering me free food or something ?? Seems to me like he got some personal issues and he is taking it out on all the customers coming to order.
