They take FOREVER for the food to be cold once you receive it. Most recently they had an issue so they closed an hour early but didn't put any signs up to notify the car line that they were closed.

The orders are never correct and I only continue to come here because its the only location close to my home. Almost Every employee is rude especially the manager here. I just had the pleasure of an interaction with an employee who rushed me through my order and kept asking after each item "is that it", like she was annoyed. When I got to the payment window she grabbed my card without even saying hello, and she truly seemed like she hated being at work, she gave my items back, I said thank you she slammed the window shut. WOW. I don't understand if you hate your job so much, why are you mad at the customer, you chose this!
