    Staff is rude and coffee is terrible it’s the second time I’ve came to this place and ordered and iced. Coffee and it’s always bad it’s like if they didn’t clean the coffee machine because the taste is bitter and then on top of that they barely put any vanilla in it. I am very disappointed in this.

    My wife went to pickup a mobile order for breakfast, as she went to pull it up on the phone the app crashed and she wasn't able to pull up the app. The cashier told her no order number no service, despite the bag sitting on the counter with her name and my wife pulling up our bank which showed that we had been charged for the exact dollar amount for the food. Then the cashier ignored my wife and just walked away. Absolutely shocked this is acceptable. How is it the customer's responsibility when the app crashes? We will be filing a chargeback for no receipt of goods.

    He pagado por un helado de oreo donde siempre pido extra oreo y chocolate aun pagando por ello nunca me lo colocan a la primera vez, tengo que regresar para que lo hagan. Hoy 30 de enero a las 10:50pm pedí por la aplicación un helado tal cual esta vez lo pedí mini oreo y colocándole extra de oreo y chocolate y al dirigirme a la ventanilla se lo mencione al empleado y me dijo que ok, cuando me entregaron en helado le pregunte de nuevo y me dijeron si se le coloco cuando lo reviso ya en vía veo que no le colocaron el extra por el que yo pague! Me pregunto esta gente que disque trabaja con atención al cliente que creen que uno hace cuando llega a buscar su pedido? Que lo estan regalando o que? Estoy cansada de este tipo de personas.

    I had a very poor experience this morning in the drive-thru while ordering breakfast order#1348 time 8:43am 1/28/2026. The employee over the speaker, Jerry, entered my app code for a muffin, which appeared on the screen. As I was attempting to make substitutions to the order, he repeatedly interrupted me and did not allow me to finish my sentence. When I asked him to hold on because I was not finished ordering, he began repeatedly telling me that I was being rude. Despite my attempts to calmly explain that I was still placing my order, he continued to interrupt, accused me of being rude multiple times, and ultimately said he would not serve me and instructed me to come to the first window. This behavior was extremely unprofessional and resulted in a very poor customer service experience. When I arrived at the window, Jerry was not present, but the managers there did provide his name and stated they would address his communication and conduct.
