El manager llamado Rubén me trató con una actitud grosera y discriminatoria solo porque no hablo inglés perfectamente. Le pregunté si hablaba español y respondió de manera muy mala. Aun cuando le di mi orden en inglés, se negó a atenderme con respeto. Más tarde, otras empleadas que sí hablaban español me ayudaron muy amablemente, pero el mismo gerente volvió con una actitud prepotente y burlona. Me sentí humillada y decepcionada, ya que este comportamiento no representa los valores de una empresa como McDonald’s. Espero que la administración tome medidas y capacite mejor a su personal para respetar a todos los clientes, sin importar el idioma que hablen.
