    A La manager que se llama YESENIA, deben darle un curso de atención al cliente, como una persona así de grocers, prepotente y sin humildad la pueden colocar de manager? Hice un pedido y me dice que ella es la manager y que en su experiencia ella no da mcckens gratis porque tiene que ser lo mismo del recibo, cuando el gerente de ella si me lo ha dado.

    How is it possible, that I ordered through the McDonalds app, specifically to get exactly what I ordered, and that wasn’t the case. I ordered for a 10pcs nuggets large sized meal, and 2 mcchicken with no lettuce and add ketchup to them, and additionally I ordered an extra medium fry and an large coke.. guess what. They did not put the fries in the bag. I am missing a medium fry which I payed for. And they had the audacity to checkmark on the receipt as if they actually put my medium fries in the order. Never will I be ordering from this place again. Terrible service

    La manager se llama Yesenia y no tiene idea de lo que es el servicio al cliente! Trabajo en Walmart y toooodos los días voy a Mc donals y la chica abiertamente me preguntó que si me parece tan grosera porque sigo yendo??? Y aparte amenazando con deportarme!!! Quien me explica? Es ella la dueña o algo así? Porque todo Walmart se queja de ella! Y en cuanto a mi… trabajo con SERVICIO AL CLIENTE Y MI EXPERIENCIA HABLA POR SI SOLA! Cabe destacar que no me interesa perjudicar a nadie! Pero lo que es justo es justo y lo que se hace mal trae conciencias!
