Avoid this location if you can. Especially during breakfast time. We pulled up at 9:55am today and we didn’t get to the drive-thru speaker until 10:18. The employee who took my order literally said “you have a mobile order?” in a voice that sounded like he was still asleep. Do you people know your line is wrapped around the building and that people have been waiting in line for 25 minutes? What has happened to customer service? This seems to be a problem indicative of all McDonalds locations. If Chic-fil-a and Whataburger can figure it out surely one of the oldest franchises in history can. Do better McDonalds!!!

Asked in the drive tru for only a strawberry Shake with no whipped cream, was not ready when i get in the Window. Make wait in another Window 10min and when it was ready surprise surprise it hadas whipped cream on it, i toldo the lady that it was with no whipped cream and she made it again but it was practicaly a vanilla shake as it was more white than Pink, maybe they just mixed the whipped cream on it. Horrible service

I ordered almost $50 worth of food, and I’ve been here plenty of times and it’s been great! However, when I pulled up to the window they said the CO2 was out. I was super cool with that and said “just take that off the order” apparently they said “it’s an online order and we can’t do that”. I was flabbergasted and said I’d rather cancel the entire thing instead of getting 2 drinks I didn’t want. They agreed and I drove away! Something needs to change that is ridiculous!

I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s today. When I asked about the McValue promotion the dept. manager Llina abruptly told me that it “doesn’t run anymore” in a rude dismissive tone that made me feel unwelcome just for asking a simple question.
Another team member kindly stepped in to help but Llina then walked all the way from the station to the front counter just to tell me to “get off the line” because there was ONE customer behind me. Her attitude and behavior were completely unprofessional and unnecessary. This is not how a manager should behave. Staff like Llina create a toxic customer experience and should not be in a supervisory role!!! Upper Management should fire her since managers are responsible for setting the tone of service and allowing this to continue will harm your brand and alienate customers. #PoorService
