  I am disappointed when I discovered the TX Hot Polish had uncooked dough so I got my moneyback -I will never go to this location again since it is so close to my house. I normally goes to the Mason area as the owner knows how to cook the dough to be fully cooked every time. This location had a lot of Spanish personnels so it lacked the understanding of how to baked the food correctly.

  Uncooked dough, Lily provided good service, The atmosphere, was very clean. We got are money back but keep saying that the dough is under cook cuz of the ingredients in Side. Remember we all. Have a phone look up why you should not eat raw dough.people need to stop getting complacent with under cook food.

  Everything was great except the lady helping us we’ve been to this location a few times and every time we get help from her she has an awful attitude. We asked if there would be another batch of a particular kolache out soon and she rolled her eyes went to the back area for over 5 minutes and was just unnecessarily rude. Then when she came back we finished our order, and she put the items in the microwave for entirely too long and burned one of the items we had gotten. Her name was Lilly she never wore a name tag before now but she definitely needs some coaching.

  Took over an hour to prepare a simple breakfast order for delivery. Canceled. No one wants to wait 60+ for 3 kolaches and 1 coffee. And I live 1.5 miles away from this location.
