When he arrived, the store had no customers, but they told him the online order would take 20 minutes. He waited the full 20 minutes, and even then, they only started preparing the order at the scheduled pickup time. Their attitude was very poor and unprofessional. It honestly felt like they didn’t care about their customers. Overall, it was a very bad experience with this store. 9:20 was my order is 11:34 and still no food Thank you for responding. He was fine waiting until the pickup time shown on the website. However, we don’t understand why the order wasn’t started earlier when there were no other customers, especially if preparation takes 45 minutes. The pickup time was 11:09 a.m., and although you say it was ready at 11:21 a.m., the food was cold and the drinks were half melted. We do want to give credit to the employee from the other location—he was understanding and provided great customer service. The other staff maybe they need more training
