    This Kolache factory has inferior kolaches compared to the other kolache factory locations. If you have never tried a kolache from a different location, do yourself a favor and go try another location. The shell/bread is always so hard and dark brown yet somehow uncooked. The bacon and cheese kolache is pretty much just cheese with bacon fat. I get the sausage and cheese for my kids when I dont want to drive out further and the shell always hard. I typically go in just so I can choose the lighter shells. Please try to improve on the quality.

    I had a coupon for 50% off but did not notice the coupon expired. I asked them to hold my order for 5 mins and I said I would come and provide another coupon which was not expired. They made a big fuss and was so rude about it at the drive by and did not provide me this courtesy. I have been a customer for 12 years with them at this location. You lost a loyal customer today.
