One thing I really miss, though, is those CRAYOLA GUMMIES (halal) they used to have. We'd buy like 10 or 12 packets! Each packet has 22 gummy mini packets. But I don't see them anymore ☹️💔 Everyone asks me about the place, and I always recommend Joe's Smart Shop, but sadly, those gummies aren't there anymore. Please bring them back! In stock.

She completely ignore the elderly lady in front of her didn’t help her bag at all didn’t even recognize her or acknowledge her. She kept more about talking to the management about her personal things versus the customer really H-E-B. This is what you guys do as she proceeded to me she didn’t even acknowledge me. I completely feel like she is rude. She doesn’t have customer service. She needs to greet her customers as the cashier in front of her, the older black woman was trying to communicate with her. She acted like she was too good to communicate with her. Where is the teamwork? This lady should not be working here. I’ve been here multiple times and she does the same thing all the time as I go through her line do something about this either discipline her or train her properly

Some areas can get rather congested especially on specific days of the week. Staff is sufficient, accommodating and polite. Checkouts run smoothly. The store is usually pretty clean and organized.

NO ORGANIC OR HEALTHY OPTIONS AT ALL. Its highly disappointing considering its an HEB concept store. Seems like HEB feels that humans who cant afford much dont deserve good quality. All of the offerings in this store are products that are super unhealthy, going bad, bad quality, about to expire if not already expired and just thrown around like its a donation store. Its sad because people are still using thier hard earned money to pay for these things. I will go here to buy my dogs ground turkey and meat but the quality of any other thing seems like its from the heb down the street and just need to sell it before it legally cant be sold. Why do lower/ middle class deserve less quality and absolutely NO organic or healthy alternatives? Its very disheartening. Do better HEB. I would give 1 star but I give grace because I know not everyone can afford the normal quality of produce and meats that are offered at HEB so this is second best I suppose.
