  I just left this location (2/23/26 around 5:40pm), and the customer service from (Corrine) was extremely disappointing. The girl at the register (Corrine) was very unwelcoming from the start. Also, her dirty looks she was given, don't get me started. I politely asked if I could add mayo to my sandwich, and she told me no because “the sandwich already has meat on it,” which made no sense. The sandwich was literally being prepared at that moment, so it wouldn’t have been an issue to add it. Her “I don’t care” attitude was very noticeable and made the whole experience uncomfortable. Customer service should make people feel welcome, not like they’re inconveniencing someone for asking a simple request. I would not recommend this location if this is the level of service being provided.

  i don't actually know about service and atmosphere bcuz i got it from my mom but the sandwich was amazing 12/10

  Got a delivery, should have been a combo and instead I received no chips and a bag with an empty cup inside! WTH

  I wanted to order a ham and cheese but get it toasted! The cashier said we cannot toast original sandwiches but I could get a favorite Cubano and take off the rest of the meat and only have ham and cheese and it can be toasted!? "Claims its a corporate decision " Well corporate how would it fell if I had walked out and not ordered you would have lost a $25.00 sale but I only ordered because I was in a rush and short on time but I can guarantee that I will not be back to order from your establishment!...

  I’ve enjoyed food from this restaurant’s other locations, so I came in with high expectations — but this branch was a huge disappointment. The food was completely bland with no real flavor, and the portions were surprisingly small. The fillings were limited, and nothing felt worth the price they charge. It’s frustrating knowing their other locations serve genuinely tasty food, but this one does not come close. Definitely not worth the visit.
