I noticed this when I was leaving, went back and she didn't apologize. She said with an attitude, I scanned the wrong item. You're good. She needs to drop the attitude and be nicer to customers and apologize when she's wrong. Terrible.

I lost my billfold and mobile somewhere in the store a couple of months ago. Two hours later, I went back to check and report. One worker found it and kept it until I went back and collected it. Another time, I bought a 50 feet power cable. When it was time to use it on a vacuum cleaner, the plug was missing. I went back to the customer's desk. She just said, "Drop it here, and go get a good one, and don't bother with the cashier." And today, 10th Nov, after I got a bag of coffee beans, the scale didn't have labels. I saw a lady - Tracy - looking to help shoppers like me. She checked me out herself at a closed cashier stand and offered to go grind the coffee beans herself. Try that in London!! Hehehe... What I wish HEB do though, start making good peanut butter cookies.

Once, I was looking for chicken noodle soup, and they didn’t make it that day. When I asked the store guys there, they offered to make it for me in 20 minutes. I almost go twice a week, and every time, it has been good so far.
