Wife had to go badly but restroom shut down. Told the floor manager but there's a reaction not even sorry for the experience. Didn't seem to care

For example , I was at curbside with my son and I saw him coming my way from the rearview and I quickly put on a hat and I told my son watch he’s gonna compliment me on the hat and guess what? he did! He was like hey nice hat by the way 🙂 he’s just always makes me smile very nice gentleman very nice. Imagine him leading a crew was my thought leaving curbside. Aside from that I genuinely love this location.

I would recommend that if you going to shop here you use the HEB app it was very useful all products are exactly where the app say they can be found which also made me enjoy my shopping . There were three ladies working behind the counter, and they were moving very slowly. I waited patiently while they helped two other customers. After that, instead of taking my order, they began filling deli meats for store use and completely ignored me. When one of them finally approached, I politely mentioned that I had been waiting for about 10 minutes. As I started to give my order, another worker came over and began asking other people in line what they wanted, clearly skipping me on purpose. At that point, I decided to leave. It felt very disrespectful, which was surprising because I’ve always received good service here before. Maybe they were having a rough day, but I hope management looks into this so that future experiences are better for everyone.
