They replaced with an adult medication and after being told "any replacement for children" would do they said "ok got it" and delivered an adult medication anyway. When I called the store the phone rang for 10 minutes *after* their "press the button" menu. This type of mistake could kill someone if they weren't able/forgot to read the label. I don't mind switches but outright negligence is inexcusable. This was likely my last time using their delivery service.
